Lilly is only 60inches/152cm tall although she usually wears high-heeled shoes and boots making her seem taller. She has very feminine, soft, petite body shape with and is amply bosomed. She has a sweet round face, full lips and very pale, white skin. Her hair is jet black and her eyes are hazel.
Taking pride in her appearance, Lily is always is well dressed and spares no expense in her wardrobe. She uses both modern make-up and her geas to compliment her appearance. Even if she is dressed casually, which isn’t often, you can bet she her attire costs more than most people make in a month. Usually she wears traditionally feminine outfits but will change up due to practicality or safety.

Lilly has two distinct sides of her personality that she has well honed over her almost 200 year life.
Most people, non-vampires, will experience a happy, confident woman who is usually the centre of attention of any room. She has an infections laugh and a smile that puts people at ease. Her sexual energy is off the charts. She oozes sexual desire to both genders. That said, she carries an affluent air about her which can sometimes rub people the wrong way coming off as arrogant and aloof.
The other side of her personality is dark and deadly. She rarely shows this side of herself to non-vampires and, if so, it comes out when she is angry or challenged. During these phases she is cruel, selfish and terrifying. Once in this state, someone will usually die regardless of position or favour. Until her rage is sated she is a very, very dangerous person in this state.

Lilly is on the cusp of becoming a Master Vampire. Her vampire powers are at the elite level for a Modern Vampire and approaching that of a new Master Vampire.
High Physical Strength – 8-9 times as powerful as humans
High Stealth – Nearly impossible to detect by normal humans.
Geas Powers & Seduction – Can seduce almost all non-witch, non-warlock humans and modern vampires
Endurance & High Healing – Lilly can hold her own in battles with small to medium groups of people and heals quickly.
High Speed – Can easily move 2-3 times as fast as normal humans. For short bursts up to 5 time faster
High Charisma – In almost any room where she will be the centre or attention if she so wishes it. Can usually get her way via charm and wit vs normal people.
Elite Level Comeliness (can change appearance to be more be beautiful or horrific) – At 199 years old, Lilly has worked for nearly two centuries to polish her comeliness. At will she can make herself stunningly beautiful (more so than usual) or so horrific those who never have been exposed to vampires will usually flee. She can keep this up for about an hour.
Shape Changing – If she has fed recently she can transform herself (appearance wise) into another person (female or male) for around 15 minutes.
Blood Thirst – Being on the cusp of a master vampire she can go nearly a month without feeling the pull of blood thirst under normal, non-stressful situations.

Lilly Garnier was born into a poor, peasant family in early 1800s. Although living in generally better conditions than peasants from the middle-ages, her and her family were extremely poor and managed a small dairy farm. The entirety of her childhood was spent working on the farm, Lilly was unhappy and bitter.
She never considered herself attractive although those around her often told her otherwise. Sadly, she was ashamed of her poor family and their plight. In addition, her father was a heavy drinker and abusive and her mother often cold and distant. When she started to develop her father attacked her causing Lilly to run away from home.
She spent the next few years of her life working for other small farms and eventually found herself working as a scullery maid in a minor nobles house. These years were very hard on Lilly and soon her spirit and body were nearly broken.
Then one day, a mysterious visitor, Lady Scarlet Laurent, arrived at the manor. She was visiting the noble who Lilly worked for. Right away, Lilly caught the eye of this visitor who seemed infatuated with her. At the end of Lady Laurent’s stay, it was announced Lilly would be leaving with her.
At first, Lilly was worried she was being taken off to work in a brothel but as it turned out Lady Laurent was extremely wealthy and treated Lilly like a princess and gave her everything she desired. Soon afterwards, the two fell very deeply in love.

However, Lilly was not the academic type and preferred the night life with her lover.
Together they were smart and increased their wealth and lands considerably but the events of those times were unkind to French nobles and soon the pair became targets. It was during this time Lilly discovered Scarlet’s true nature.
One night, a priest in a local, very Catholic village caught Lilly and Scarlet in the throws of passion and they were soon attacked by a large group of soldiers. Faced with seeing her love die, Scarlet transformed into a monster. In fact, she was a powerful Master Vampire and made short work of the soldiers but their cover was blown and the pair had to flee for their lives.
Luckily, the pair had hidden their wealth all over the globe and soon found themselves in America. Then one night Lilly asked Scarlet to turn her in to a vampire. She was so in love with Scarlet the thought of becoming old and ugly scared her to the bone. Scarlet hesitantly agreed under one condition. Lilly had to promise to take Scarlet’s last name as her own. It was then she became known as Lilly Laurent.
Lilly thought this condition was becauseScarley wanted to marry her but they couldn’t due to laws of the land. However, as it turned out, this was only partially true.
After Lilly had lived as a vampire for a year, she woke up one morning and Scarlet was gone. There was only a letter explaining that Lilly needed to learn to live on her own. The real reason Scarlet left was she knew, because they were both wanted women and being a master vampire with a such a powerful protege so close would attract too much attention in America. She knew Lilly had a better chance surviving on her own.
Lilly, of course, was heartbroken and after she filled her rage with over a hundred kills spread out all over America, she spent the next fifty years looking for Scarlet but to no avail. It was then she knew she had to go on alone.
Eventually she landed in Blood Moon Valley were she lives in a well to do mansion in Old Towne. The mansion is not only her abode but underneath lie a labyrinth of rooms and caves where she leads a small, vampire clan.
Recently, due to her age, quickly approaching the status of Master Vampire, she will have to decide to take a larger role in BMV or move on, again.
